John has experience in several areas of criminal law matters including larceny, armed robbery, assault and drink driving (PCA). John's aim is to provide clients with quality legal advice and the personal attention that each case demands with the goal to get you the best possible result.

4.      Commercial litigation

John has experience in commercial litigation in most jurisdictions, including the Local, District, Supreme and Federal Courts in areas such as breach of partnership, debt recovery and contractual disputes.

 5.      Wills

John can help you ensure that your intentions are correctly expressed by taking into account your current circumstances. Wills are a personal thing in which you are making a decision as to the distribution of your assets on your death so you need to consider whom you wish to appoint as your executor and your wishes which are contained in your will. 

6.      General Law

John can advise and help you in general law matters, including:

  • Powers of Attorney: Whereby you appoint someone else to sign documents on your behalf.
  • Enduring Guardianship: The situation where a person is appointed to make decisions for an aged person in as to where to live and what nursing attention is required.
  • Family Provisions Act: The situation whereby a disappointed person may challenge the terms of the Will of a deceased person.

Conferences at the office are generally by appointment and home visits may be arranged also by appointment.
